With this platform, users can conveniently enroll in the Video Connect® service, which permits video calls to incarcerated individuals across all Securus sites offering this feature. It's possible to schedule these sessions from any location with Wi-Fi or cellular service. Additionally, users can subscribe to Video Connect for ongoing access, manage scheduled sessions, integrate these plans into their personal calendars, and receive timely notifications. To ensure a premium experience, it's recommended to utilize a headset or earbuds equipped with a microphone to minimize echo and optimize audio quality.

The app also provides comprehensive account management for prepaid calling services like AdvanceConnect. Users can fund accounts to receive calls, subscribe to packages where available, view transaction histories, and manage phone listings. For an extra layer of convenience, features like AutoPay and TextPay ensure seamless account top-ups.

Securus Debit functionality introduces a user-friendly method for depositing funds for an incarcerated individual's discretionary use, be it for calling, entertainment on tablets, or video call session fees. Messaging Services within the platform offer eMessaging™, where users can buy 'stamps', exchange messages and eCards, attach photos, and even send 30-second VideoGrams.
